Pullen Arts Center 3rd Floor Improvements

The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department is seeking bids for the complete renovation of the third floor of Pullen Arts Center, located at 105 Pullen Road, Raleigh, NC 27607. The project includes renovating the entire 3,400SF third floor of the existing building, as well as waterproofing improvements on the ground floor, main floor, and third floor interior and exterior of the building. The construction must be completed within 180 consecutive days from Notice to Proceed.
