The City of Williamsburg is soliciting qualified Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firms to provide pre‑audit and accounting services for the city’s funds and for the Hampton Roads Transportation Authority (HTRFA) related to the FY2026 external audit. The work includes implementing GASBS 103 and 104, preparing journal entries for lease and subscription‑based IT arrangements, and updating related financial statement notes.
