Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking to purchase Omnissa maintenance support for Horizon and Workspace one to license and support their current virtual desktop infrastructure. The contract will be awarded to a responsible and responsive vendor whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the State. The scope of work includes the purchase of COTS software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty/maintenance.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012) contract.
• The purchase is subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions specified in Attachment Y - Data Use Agreement.
• The contract will be for a period of at least 90 days after the set due date.
• The Master Contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract will be awarded based on the price and evaluation factors, including conformance with the scope of work.
