Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Brand Name or Equal basis for OrCAD software Maintenance manufactured by Cadence Design Systems, Inc. The requirement includes the procurement of OrCAD Component Information Portal, OrCAD X Professional, and OrCAD PSpice Designer, among other software products. The contract will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, and the award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming they are an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The contractor must extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale at no additional cost to the Government.
• The contract includes a requirement for the contractor to provide a copy of its standard commercial warranty with its offer.
• The Government shall have data rights to all data generated under this contract or order in accordance with DFARS 252.227-7015.
