Description
This solicitation seeks a contractor to construct a new concrete sidewalk, granite curb, retaining wall, drainage structures, signage, pavement markings, and related site work along Pleasant Street (VT Route 12) in the Town of Bethel, Vermont. The work includes demolition of existing curb, installation of new granite curb (750 LF), concrete sidewalk (5‑in thickness, ~570 SF), retaining wall, drainage rehabilitations, traffic‑control services, and landscaping.
