IFB 26-25 Central Fire Station Facade Restoration

The City of Fall River is soliciting bids for the Central Fire Station Bedford Street Façade Restoration project. The project involves the restoration of the façade of the Central Fire Station, located at 165 Bedford Street, Fall River, MA 02720. Bidders must be DCAMM certified in Historic Masonry for General Bidders and Miscellaneous & Ornamental iron Work for Filed Sub Bidders. A bid deposit of 5% of the total bid or sub-bid is required, as well as a performance and payment bond totaling 100% of the bid. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. • The bid solicitation packages can be obtained electronically through the Purchasing Department via email at [email protected]. • A Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, April 29th, 2026, at 10:00am at the project address. • Sealed bids must be received by the Office of the Purchasing Agent by the specified deadline. • The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The successful vendor shall be held responsible for any deviations from the specifications.
