Description
The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at the Chaplain L.J. Sabalis Memorial USARC in Ashley, PA. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide ground maintenance services. The services will include mowing, trimming, maintaining retention ponds, and weeding/planting bed maintenance.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contractor must provide a price for each contract line item number.
• The contractor must submit a signed SF 1449 and complete blocks 17, 30a, 30b, and 30c.
• The contractor must provide proof of valid certificate of insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
