Description
The US Embassy Kathmandu has a requirement for Network Components. The contractor shall deliver new and authentic Network Components to U.S. Embassy Nepal. This is a firm-fixed price type of purchase order/contract. The price listed shall include all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation necessary to deliver the required items to the American Embassy or U.S. Despatch Agent located in Kent, Washington, United States. Some key items to be delivered include S4110-4848, S4120-1048, and TN-SFP-GE-T. The contractor shall comply with standard U.S. Embassy regulations for receiving supplies. The contractor shall also provide a manufacturer authorized letter for the supply of goods and services.
• The contractor shall deliver all ordered items to either of the following addresses at F.O.B. Destination Incoterm.
• The contractor shall deliver all items not later than 30 days after date of contract award.
• Any contractor personnel involved with the delivery of the items shall comply with standard U.S. Embassy regulations for receiving supplies.
• The contractor shall provide a manufacturer authorized letter for the supply of goods and services.
