Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District seeks a lessor to provide approximately 5,050 gross square feet of office‑type space in Lenexa, Kansas. The lease must be fully‑serviced (all operating expenses, taxes, insurance, utilities, parking, etc.) for a term of up to five years with a 90‑day government termination right. The Government will evaluate proposals on a best‑value basis, considering rent per square foot and technical factors such as location, layout efficiency, parking, access, and building condition.
