Description
The City of Gardner is soliciting bids for the construction of the Gardner Middle School MSBA Accelerated Repair Program Roof Replacement Project. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the project, including selective demolition, removal and disposal of existing EPDM and Metal roofing systems, installation of new roof system and accessories, brick masonry repair, installation of new HVAC equipment and electrical system, and other work. The bid documents can be obtained from the City of Gardner website or by contacting the Director of Purchasing.
• The project is located at 297 Catherine Street, Gardner, MA.
• The bid opening date is April 9, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. local time.
• A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The project is subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive, as amended.
• The City of Gardner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
