Clinton Twp - 2025 SEWER LEAD IMPROVEMENTS (TAP REPAIRS 14 FEET OR GREATER)

The Charter Township of Clinton is seeking bids for the 2025 Sewer Lead Improvement Program, which involves replacing and rehabilitating sanitary sewer leads and their respective taps to public sewer mains. The project includes the replacement of five "short leads" and a partial replacement of one "long lead", as well as the rehabilitation of four sewer laterals using CIPP. The work requires traffic control, utility coordination, pavement removal and replacement, materials, equipment, labor, and restoration. Bidders must provide information in the bid documents noting their qualification for deep excavation sewer repairs and meet the requirements noted in the Instructions to Bidders and Supplemental Instructions to Bidders. • The project is located in Clinton Township, Michigan, and the work must be completed by May 15, 2026. • Bidders must submit their bids in hard copy with all proper documentation as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. • The bid security must be in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. • The contract will be awarded to one bidder for the work as defined in the bidding documents. • The Charter Township of Clinton reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award the agreement to other than the low proposal.
