Description
The SC Dept. of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is seeking qualified providers to provide two new RV Park Model Cottages for use as temporary residence while renovations are taking place at park facilities. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor will be required to provide the cottages within 90 days of the contract award. The contractor will also be required to provide a warranty for the cottages. The solicitation includes various clauses, such as a termination for convenience clause, a changes clause, and a subcontractor substitution prohibition clause.
