Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance for Lake Sumter Landing, Village of Spanish Springs, District 8, and Sumter Landing Portions of District 8

The Villages Community Development Districts are seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive landscape and irrigation maintenance services for Lake Sumter Landing, the Village of Spanish Springs, District 8, and portions of Sumter Landing within District 8. The selected contractors will be responsible for maintaining turf, trees, shrubs, annual flower beds, irrigation systems, and overall site cleanliness. The scope of work includes routine mowing and edging, pruning, fertilization, pest and disease management, irrigation system monitoring and repair, seasonal color rotations, and debris removal. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of commercial landscape and irrigation experience. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to meet the District's maintenance standards. • The contractor must follow detailed horticultural standards, irrigation performance requirements, and safety regulations. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive proposal, including pricing, equipment and staffing capacity, qualifications of key personnel, organizational experience, quality of references, and overall proposal thoroughness. • The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal or examination process.
