Harmony Public Schools is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a ground-up construction of a one-story 81,000 square foot middle/high school facility. The project scope of work includes parking lot, playfield, and landscaping. The estimated budget for this project is $29 million. Key responsibilities include construction management, site work, concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work. • Project location: 12800 Creekland Village Dr, Cypress, TX 77433 • Project timeline: The contract is expected to be awarded by 9/1/2026, and the project must be completed by March 1st, 2028 • Proposal requirements: Proposers must submit a complete proposal, including all required forms and documentation, and must be registered with the HPS ebid system • Evaluation criteria: Proposals will be evaluated based on price, experience and reputation, quality, financial wherewithal and company size, proposed personnel, and safety record
