Lawton MS/HS Parking Lots

The Lawton Community Schools is seeking bids for parking lot sealing, crack filling, asphalt repairs, and striping on their High School and Middle School campus. The job includes crack filling, repairing potholes, seal-coating, and re-striping all highlighted areas on the included map. The proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, and the successful contractor will be required to furnish performance, labor, and material bonds. The district reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid that serves the best interests of the district. • The proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of the School District. • The proposal must include a sworn and notarized statement pertaining to the IRAN ECONOMIC SANCTIONS ACT compliance. • The bidder must submit a certified statement of their experience and financial status if required. • The bidder must provide a performance bond, labor bond, and material bond. • The bidder must comply with the IRAN ECONOMIC SANCTIONS ACT.
