Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering a one-time sale of 41 used pole and 3 used pad mount transformers with a total estimated weight of 43,755 lbs at Pine Bluff Arsenal. The transformers are classified as non-PCB per 40 CFR 761. The purchaser will be responsible for removing the transformers from the site. The sale is subject to certain terms and conditions, including the requirement that the purchaser must not export the transformers outside of the US for recycling.
• The transformers are intact and unbroken, but may have leaks that need to be fixed by the generator before removal.
• The purchaser is responsible for loading and transporting the transformers.
• The sale is subject to the terms and conditions of the DLA Disposition Services pamphlet entitled "Sale by Reference Instructions, Terms and Conditions Applicable to Department of Defense (DoD) Personal Property Offered for Sale by DLA Disposition Services".
• The purchaser must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including environmental regulations.
• The purchaser must provide all necessary information and documentation to the DLA Disposition Services.
