RFQ 4591-Currie West Clubhouse Expansion-Architectural & Eng RFQ & Cost Proposal

The City of Midland is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary firm or established team to provide architectural and engineering services for the design and construction administration of an addition to the existing West Clubhouse at Currie Golf Course. The proposed project consists of an expansion to the west side of the building to include two new golf simulator bays adjacent to the existing Pro Shop Area. The selected firm will be responsible for providing services including site investigation, civil engineering, architectural design, construction administration, and project oversight. • The project requires experience with floodplain projects and successful integration of additions to existing occupied facilities. • The City intends to award a single professional services contract for all work associated with this project. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing a detailed breakdown of the bid amount, including costs from all anticipated subcontractors and reimbursable allowances. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
