Grainger Road Pump Station & 6" Sewer Force Main Improvements RFP

This project involves the construction of approximately 934 linear feet of new 6‑inch sewer force main and the rehabilitation of an existing pump station to reroute wastewater flows in Conway, SC. The new force main will connect the existing pump station to an existing 6‑inch force main on Rosehill Road, improving system reliability and eliminating the need for a second pump station. The scope includes design, permitting, excavation, pipe installation, testing, and reinstatement of disturbed areas, as well as upgrades to mechanical and electrical components of the pump station. • Install ~934 LF of 6‑inch sewer force main, including pipe, fittings, and backfill. • Rehabilitate the existing pump station (mechanical, electrical, civil works) to shift flow direction northward. • Connect new force main to existing COC 6‑inch force main on Rosehill Rd. • Provide all required permits, testing, and as‑built documentation. • Restore site to pre‑construction condition and comply with local standards.
