Demolition of 915 Euclid Avenue

The City of Scranton is seeking bids for the demolition of 915 Euclid Avenue. The contractor will be responsible for pulling permits, demolishing the property, capping the main sewer drain, breaking up concrete flooring, clearing brush, and seeding and haying the area. The contract will remain in effect until the satisfactory completion of the project. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. • The contractor must provide insurance certificates and bonds as required by the City. • The contractor must submit a completed Public Works Employment Verification Form and comply with the Pennsylvania Public Works Employment Verification Act. • The contractor must comply with the City's non-discrimination policies and procedures.
