Description
The County is seeking qualified contractors to replace wall and floor ceramic tile in the locker‑room and restroom areas of Bethesda Park Aquatic Center. The scope includes demolition of existing tile, substrate preparation, installation of new mud‑bed, placement of approved large‑format wall tile and non‑slip floor tile, epoxy grout, and required cove‑tile transitions. An optional alternate bid covers removal and re‑installation of plumbing fixtures. Work must be completed within a one‑month construction window (mid‑September to mid‑October 2026) while the facility is closed.
