City and US Flags

The City of Philadelphia Procurement Department is soliciting bids for the purchase of City and US flags. The flags must meet specific material and size requirements, including being made of heavyweight nylon bunting and measuring 4 feet x 6 feet. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the flags within 45 days of purchase order issuance. • The bid is for a micro purchase, and the City reserves the right to award the contract as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City. • The bidder must quote all items in order to be eligible for award. • The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the bid, including accepting the terms and conditions and completing any required attachments. • The bidder must have an executed Consent & Authorization form on file in their vendor profile.
