Description
The City of Winston-Salem is seeking bids for the renovation of restrooms at 3820 N. Liberty Street. The project includes multiple restroom renovations and requires contractors to be properly licensed as general contractors. A 5% bid bond is required at the time of bid, and 100% performance and payment bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. The bid documents include a set of specs and plans, and bidders are encouraged to carefully read and understand the contents of the bidding documents.
• The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 10% MBE and WBE cumulatively.
