Sources Sought - Air Handling and Unit Filters and Belts

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, is seeking information from potential qualified businesses to provide the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center with various sized Air Handling Unit Filters and Belts. The vendor will be required to deliver the filters and belts on a quarterly and semi-annual basis, and must meet the specifications outlined in the attachments. The contract is expected to be for a period of one year, with deliveries scheduled for specific quarters. • The vendor must provide filters and belts that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the attachments. • The vendor must deliver the quantities, sizes, and types of products described in the attachments. • The vendor must meet the delivery schedule provided. • The vendor must include all costs for the requirement, including overhead, materials, packaging, shipping, and offloading of materials. • The vendor must provide a UEI number, Cage Code, and size of business pursuant to NAICS code 333413.
