Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Uniforms

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking vendors to provide uniforms through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA will have a base period of one year and four one-year options, for a total of five years. The AOC anticipates awarding two BPAs, but reserves the right to award only one. The uniforms required include shirts, pants, outerwear, hats, and other items. The solicitation includes a detailed list of specifications for each item. • The uniforms must meet specific requirements, including material composition, design, and features. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide the overall best value to the AOC. • The BPA will include Firm Fixed Price orders and one Labor Hour order. • The AOC reserves the right to award one BPA from this solicitation.
