Sewer Line Replacement - Westside Park

The project involves the installation of a new 4" HDPE sewer line by underground boring, connecting the existing line at the soccer fields to the existing line beyond the playground/shelter area at Westside Park. The scope of work includes utilizing 811 to locate all public utilities, video inspecting the existing sewer line, boring approximately 600 linear feet of 4-inch HDPE sewer pipe, tying in each end of the new line to existing sewer lines, installing cleanouts, and backfilling, seeding, and strapping all disturbed areas. The project requires a lump sum bid that includes all labor, materials, equipment, video inspection, boring, connections, cleanouts, and site restoration. • The project is located at Westside Park, 2700 W. Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC 29611. • The proposal submission deadline is February 3, 2026, at 3:00 pm. • The project is expected to be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days after the notice to proceed. • The contractor is required to pay liquidated damages of $150.00 for each consecutive calendar day after the completion deadline.
