REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL MULTIDISCIPLINARY INNOVATION ECOSYSTEMS

The US Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground-Research Triangle Park (ACC-APG-RTP) Division is seeking information on mutually beneficial multidisciplinary innovation ecosystems. The goal is to establish collaborative partnerships with world-class US universities and the co-located technological sector to form innovation ecosystems that support fundamental research at the intersection of science and technology, national security policy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Some key points to consider include: • The Army is looking for a multidisciplinary approach that includes theoretical, experimental, and modeling approaches. • The innovation ecosystems should be able to anticipate, manage, influence, and lead innovation to support the Army’s concept-required capabilities. • The ecosystems should be able to rapidly integrate scientific and technological innovations into research, development, and concepts. • The Army is interested in identifying potential offerors who have the capabilities, relationships, and interest to support the requirement posed in this RFI.
