Missouri Theater Fencing and Alley Construction Services

The City of St. Joseph is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to complete improvements on the north side of the Missouri Theater property. The project includes the removal and replacement of an existing fence, waterproofing for a designated section of the Missouri Theater's foundation, and the removal and replacement of existing flooring in the alley with a concrete surface. The successful proposer will be required to commence furnishing services on July 1, 2016, and complete the work by August 31, 2016. Key considerations for this project include: • Decorative fence design and construction for emergency egress and prevention of unauthorized access • Waterproofing of the Missouri Theater foundation to prevent water infiltration and damage • Removal and replacement of existing flooring in the alley with a concrete surface designed to maintain existing stormwater drainage and discharge patterns • Compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines • Qualifications, experience, and equipment of the proposer
