Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide parking lot repairs, crack fill, and seal and stripe services at the Fullerton DMV field office. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning existing asphalt surfaces, completing minor asphalt repairs, filling cracks, and applying two or more coats of asphalt seal covering. The contractor must possess a valid C-12 or C-32 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board.
• The term of the contract is four calendar days within a term of twelve months.
• The contractor must comply with prevailing wage requirements and provide proof of DIR registration.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 13, 2025.
• The contractor must submit all questions regarding the bid via email by November 14, 2025.
• The final date for bid submission is November 24, 2025.
• The proposed start date of the contract is January 1, 2026.
