Description
The Oregon State Marine Board is seeking lodging and meeting room accommodations for their Law Enforcement Jet Boat Training in Gold Beach, Oregon. The training will take place from July 20th to July 24th, and the selected hotel must provide non-smoking guest rooms, a complimentary meeting room, and various amenities such as mini refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers in each guest room. The hotel must also offer complimentary Wi-Fi, breakfast, and guest parking.
• The hotel must provide a minimum of 10 single rooms, 5 double rooms, and 1 suite on certain dates.
• The meeting room must accommodate at least 100 people.
• The hotel must be registered in the State's e-procurement system, OregonBuys.
• The offer must be submitted via email to Sydney Purtzer by February 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM PST.
