Description
The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) is soliciting quotes for the repair of the first floor of Building 34. The project includes various tasks such as removing and reinstalling items, storing materials, and performing electrical and plumbing work. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award and must have a bona fide place of business within 175 miles of DSCR. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.

• The contractor must take all measurements and note the location of items removed to be reinstalled.
• The contractor must follow the Statement of Work (SOW) and all applicable codes and regulations.
• The contractor must provide as-built CAD updates in PDF format.
• The contractor must work standard hours (M-F 0700-1700) but may request to work different hours.
• The contractor must coordinate all shutdowns with the government.
