The County of Oconee is seeking a qualified general contractor to repair the structural pavilion at South Cove Park. The work includes removing and replacing deteriorated timber posts, installing a new foundation, and completing structural framing per engineered drawings. The contractor must obtain permits, submit shop drawings, provide bonding and insurance, and deliver a one‑year workmanship warranty.
• Remove existing pavilion posts while maintaining temporary support and install new footings, grade beams, and posts per engineer‑approved plans.
• Provide all necessary permits, inspections, and shop‑drawing approvals; final acceptance is contingent on County project manager sign‑off.
• Supply performance and payment bonds, meet extensive insurance requirements, and submit a lump‑sum bid that includes the 6 % SC sales tax.
