The City of Asheville is seeking qualified contractors to repair water mains that were damaged by Hurricane Helene at several bridge crossings in the Swannanoa River and Cane Creek areas. The work includes replacing damaged pipe sections, restoring proper water service, and performing miscellaneous insulation replacement.
