Description
The City of Conway is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade water‑line infrastructure along Highway 905. The work includes installing approximately 3,000 ft of 12‑inch PVC water pipe, 1,250 ft of 14‑inch HDPE pipe using directional drilling, installing four fire hydrant assemblies, and reconnecting 38 existing water services. The project is a sealed‑bid competitive procurement requiring a South Carolina “WL” water‑line contractor license, bid security of at least 5 % of the bid amount, and 100 % performance and payment bonds.
