Highway 905 Water Line Upgrade

This City of Conway project upgrades the water distribution system along Highway 905. The contractor will install new water mains, replace existing sections with larger‑diameter pipe, install fire hydrant assemblies, and reconnect existing services, ensuring improved capacity and reliability for the community. • Install approximately 3,000 ft of 12‑inch PVC water line. • Install approximately 1,250 ft of 14‑inch HDPE directional‑drilled water line. • Provide and install four fire hydrant assemblies. • Re‑connect 38 existing water service connections to the new mains. • Work is located in Conway, SC, with bids due December 3, 2026 (2 pm).
