Ohio State Fair Lumberjack Show

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking a contractor to provide three lumberjack show performances per day during the Ohio State Fair. The contractor will also be required to provide four 15-minute programs showcasing timber goods or forestry industry-related topics. The contractor will be paid based on the cost schedule established in the Scope of Work. The ODNR reserves the right to request up to two additional performances during the fair. • The contractor will be responsible for all their own business expenses, including equipment, software, and personnel costs. • The contractor will be required to maintain auditable records of all charges related to the agreement and make them available to ODNR as needed. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and to maintain the required insurance coverage throughout the term of the agreement.
