Solicitation: U.S. Army Retiring Soldier Lapel Pins

The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide U.S. Army Retiring Soldier Lapel Buttons, as specified in AR 600-8-22, para 6-19e, and the associated services for its quarterly distribution to 59+ Army installations. The contractor must be certified by The Army Institute of Heraldry (TIOH) or be an authorized distributor for a TIOH-certified manufacturer. The contract will be a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ. The Government guarantees a minimum order of 200 units, and the total value of all orders issued under this IDIQ shall not exceed a cumulative total of 211,590 units. The ordering period will be 5 years from the date of contract award. • The contractor must provide unit pricing for all items listed in Attachment 02 – CLIN Pricing Schedule. • The contractor must meet the mandatory delivery schedule of 30 days ARO for all orders. • The contractor must provide a written statement confirming their ability to meet the delivery schedule. • The contractor must provide a copy of their current TIOH Certificate of Authority or a Letter of Authorization from a TIOH-certified manufacturer.
