UMC 7 Story Tower & Trauma Building Elevator Modernization

The University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is seeking bids for the modernization of elevators in the 7 Story Tower and Trauma Building. The project includes the replacement and/or refurbishment of existing traction elevators to meet current safety standards, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience. The work will take place within the 7 Story Tower and Trauma Building of University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. • The project is anticipated to include demolition. • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 4, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. • Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System starting on October 27, 2025. • All questions/requests for clarification related to this bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 10, 2025. • The owner aims to issue any necessary addenda by close of business on Friday, November 14, 2025.
