Open Ended Professional Services

The PA State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) is seeking proposals for open-ended professional services from various firms, including architectural, engineering, and consulting disciplines. The selected firms will provide services for the construction, demolition, repair, renovation, alteration, and analysis of campus buildings, structures, systems, infrastructure, landscape, and hardscape elements. The services include planning, feasibility study, design, bid document preparation, bid participation, construction administration, and closeout responsibilities. The contract will be for a period of 24 months. • Architectural firms • MEP engineering firms • Site civil firms • Structural engineering firms • Civil and environmental firms • Specialty roofing design firms • Special inspections and structural inspection firms The university encourages responses from small, diverse businesses and firms that have not previously worked for the university or PASSHE. A pre-proposal virtual conference will be held on October 21, 2025, at 2 pm, but attendance is not mandatory.
