The City of Simpsonville, South Carolina is requesting proposals from financial institutions for a commercial loan to be evidenced by a $3,950,000 Sewer System Revenue Refunding Bond, Series 2026. The City is seeking proposals from interested firms in accordance with this RFP. The bond is for the purpose of refinancing the City's existing sewer system revenue bonds. • The proposal should include the interest rate and terms of the loan • The proposal should include the financial institution's experience with similar loans • The proposal should include the financial institution's reputation and creditworthiness • The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals • The City reserves the right to negotiate the terms of the loan with the selected financial institution
