Demolition of an Industrial Building at 2323 W. Blount Avenue in Knoxville

The Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms to demolish and remove building material of an industrial building located on W. Blount Avenue and Scottish Pike in the south Knoxville area. The building encompasses approximately 60,000 square feet. The proposer shall include with their submission the number of calendar days for proposer to complete the entire scope of work. • The scope of work encompasses all work necessary for the removal and disposal of the building in accordance with demolition plans provided by KCDC. • The proposer shall provide all necessary equipment, materials, supplies, and labor for the work. • The proposer shall obtain and pay for all permits required to complete authorized work. • The proposer shall comply with all applicable OSHA standards and safety guidelines. • The proposer shall provide security for equipment, materials, personnel, and tools required for this job.
