SALT/SAND FABRIC STORAGE BUILDING PINEDALE

The Wyoming Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the construction of a salt/sand fabric storage building in Pinedale. The building will be approximately 30'x40' and will be used for salt/sand storage. The contractor will be responsible for manufacturing, delivering, and constructing the building, as well as site preparation and foundation work. The project requires a mandatory pre-bid inspection and conference. Some key features of the project include: • The building will have a fabric cover and a 2'x2'x4' precast concrete block foundation. • The contractor must provide a schedule of maintenance and recommend a maintenance program. • The project requires a minimum of 12-13 oz/yd2 high-density polyethylene (HDPE) tapes, coated on two sides with low-density polyethylene (LDPE). • The contractor must provide engineering stamped building plans within 20 days of the award of the project. • The contractor must pull all necessary city/local permits.
