Description
The DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND is seeking to procure flexible ducts with specific technical requirements. The ducts must be 5" ID x 25' long, black, 2-ply polyester/neoprene coated with a spring steel wire helix, and listed UL-94-V-0. The contractor must provide manufacturer specifications for technical evaluation and ensure that the ducts are palletized and marked with the required information. The contract will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
• The contractor must complete the pricing for each line item and provide a cage code.
• The contractor must complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide manufacturer information of proposed items.
• The contractor must return all pages of the completed original solicitation package, signed.
• The contractor must ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov).
• The contractor must include lead time for delivery.
