Description
The Department of Health, State Laboratories Division is requesting a price quotation for various Air Handling Units (AHU) repairs. The work includes replacement of VFDs and fan motors. The price should be inclusive of all costs, including labor, materials, taxes, and fees. The vendor must be compliant with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• Replacement of VFDs: 2 units, price should include all costs associated with replacement, including labor, materials, taxes, and fees.
• Replacement of Fan Motor: 1 unit, price should include all costs associated with replacement, including materials, labor, taxes, and fees.
• The vendor must provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
• The vendor must register with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) prior to responding to the solicitation.
• The vendor must include all applicable taxes, fees, and charges in the price submitted.
