Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking quotations for the purchase and delivery of hydrogen peroxide 34% for a term contract. The contract will be for the purchase of hydrogen peroxide 34% in 275-gallon totes, with estimated quantities of 10,000 gallons per year for countywide use, excluding the Glades area, and 10,000 gallons per year for the Glades area only. Quoters must provide a unit price that includes all costs, including shipping, freight, and surcharges. The County reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to waive any minor irregularities.
• The contract will require the quoter to provide hydrogen peroxide 34% that meets the County's specifications and performance standards.
• The quoter must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to be eligible for local preference.
• The quoter must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, including those related to discrimination, drug-free workplace, and human trafficking.
• The quoter must provide a certification of business location and a drug-free workplace certification with their quotation.
