HX: Pipe Seamless; 1IN

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to provide seamless pipes, 1 inch in diameter, to be delivered within 50 weeks after receipt of order. The pipes must meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-23520, and the vendor must provide evidence of compliance with the Higher-Level Contracting Quality Requirements of MIL-I-45208 or ISO 9001/9002. The vendor must also provide applicable non-destructive testing procedures and technical information. The government will award the contract to the vendor whose quote offers the best value, based on factors such as technical capability, delivery schedule, price, and past performance.
