Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide data telecommunications services for various State locations. The services will include providing connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The contractor will be required to meet the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract RFP No. F50B4400028. The contractor will also be required to provide a project manager to create a transition-in and transition-out plan, and to maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing services for a period of 2 years.
• The contractor will be required to provide a price sheet with all proposed services, including all rates fully loaded.
• The contractor will be required to provide a description of any assumptions on which the Master Contractor’s PO Financial Proposal is based.
• The contractor will be required to provide maintenance support to the locations specified in the PORFP on a 24x7x365 basis.
