Description
The Wexford Missaukee ISD is seeking bids for labor, materials, and permits to remove an existing roof top unit and install a new one. The scope of work includes the unit, electrical revisions, gas revisions, economizer, curb adaptation, low voltage, thermostat, crane, and start-up. The bid should also include any necessary roof repairs. The selected vendor will enter into a formal agreement with WMISD, and work must be coordinated to minimize disruption to building operations. Ideally, work would be completed between June 15 and August 14, 2026.
