This contract opportunity concerns the complete replacement of the roof on Liberty High School in Glen Daniel, WV. The scope includes removal of the existing roofing system, structural adjustments to accommodate new flashing heights, installation of a tapered poly‑isocyanurate insulation system (average R‑32), placement of ½‑in. gypsum coverboard, and application of a hot‑applied 2‑ply modified‑bitumen membrane with reflective coating. Additional work covers fabrication and installation of custom metal flashing, edge metal, fascia extenders, coping caps, and full documentation of warranties and close‑out submittals. The project will be executed under a fixed‑price contract with unit‑price items and change‑order provisions, and requires a full‑time manufacturer’s representative on‑site multiple days per week.
