Plastic Supplies Master BPA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking to establish a pool of multiple-award Master Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the supply and delivery of high-quality plastic commodities to various ERDC facility locations. The BPAs will be for a period of five years, with a total capacity not to exceed $5,000,000. The Government estimates that the total volume of purchases through the BPA pool will total $5,000,000. The Contractor shall provide all management, materials, supplies, and transportation to deliver all requirements specified in each BPA call. • The Contractor shall comply with licensing and qualifications requirements of the state where the work is to be performed. • The Contractor shall have a quality control program in place to meet the quality standards set forth by the agreement. • The Contractor shall deliver products that meet the call specifications and shall deliver products by the delivery date to meet call specifications. • The Contractor shall invoice the Government in accordance with the payment terms of the agreement.
