Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to upgrade its LEADS system from version 12 to the Core26 platform. The work includes modernizing FastDS functionality, converting legacy site‑specific code to C#, updating database tables for 64‑bit key compatibility, and coordinating training and testing activities with ALEA. The project is split into two implementation windows: April 2027‑July 2027 and August 2027‑September 2027. The contract is limited to a maximum value of $25,000 and follows the Quick‑Quote terms and conditions.
